It has been a great year for Brierley Homes and our latest scheme at Holly Grove, Thorpe Willoughby is now fully occupied with the keys for last property on the development now handed over. 

Mr and Mrs West (pictured) snapped up the last property on the development and were handed the keys in December, just in time for Christmas! It was a big step for the couple who had previously lived in their last home for 30 years, before deciding on a move to Holly Grove. We hope the champagne eased the strain on the move which was so close to Christmas and we would like to take this opportunity to wish them, alongside all of the current homeowners at Holly Grove, a long and happy future in their new home!

2020 is scheduled to be another exciting year at Brierley with a number of developments on the horizon in a number of beautiful locations around North Yorkshire.
