New homes scheme for Pateley Bridge approved

We’re delighted that Harrogate Borough Council has approved our scheme for 20 new Brierley Homes at Millfield Street in the heart of Pateley Bridge.

Located just off the High Street, the development will be known as Millwright Park.

It will feature a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, including four affordable homes, constructed in stone and with quality finishes throughout.

Generous gardens and stunning views of the countryside make this development second to none in the area.

Built on the location of a former council depot, the scheme will see this brownfield site developed to provide much-needed new housing.

The four affordable two-bedroom homes will be transferred to a local social landlord.

The homes will be energy-efficient thanks to a timber frame and will feature an electric car charging point and low-energy appliances.

All properties come with a ten-year NHBC Buildmark warranty to give peace of mind.

Nestled close to the River Nidd, we expect these new homes to be in demand by those looking for a tranquil life in easy reach of Harrogate and York.

Construction will start early next year and homes will be available for reservation in 2021.

We’d like to thank our partners, Align Property Partners and Spawforths, for working with us on this application.
