In June, Brierley Homes demonstrated its commitment to local communities by supporting a range of events in villages near its current developments.
On Sunday, 2 June, we proudly sponsored the Great Ouseburn Open Gardens Festival. Each year, Great Ouseburn welcomes hundreds of visitors to explore its beautiful gardens and enjoy live music and refreshments.
All proceeds from the event go toward supporting vital village causes, including the church, school, cricket club, youth group, and village hall. Having recently completed our own development – The Paddocks – in the heart of Great Ouseburn, we are proud to support an event that positively impacts the community and offers enjoyment for our potential future homeowners.
Another event we were delighted to support was the Crackpots Trail Run, part of the Kirkby Malzeard Family Festival. The race route passed directly by Brierley Homes’ Laverton Oaks development, which includes 33 homes—13 of which are affordable. We were also thrilled to have three members of our team participate in the run on behalf of Brierley Homes. This was a fantastic opportunity to engage with the local community, and we look forward to future residents of Laverton Oaks enjoying the Kirkby Malzeard Family Festival for years to come.
