Buying a new house is an exciting process but it can lead to a lot of questions, these frequently asked questions are here to help and hopefully cover important items that may crop up during this timeframe.

Yes, you will have a choice of kitchens from the range we offer for your development.  We offer a selection of different colours for your kitchen units as well as options for worktops. You will be provided with our standard range of appliances.  Options to upgrade will be site specific.   The options available to you will be discussed during your appointment with one of our sales team.

Your kitchen will be fitted with an integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer as well as oven and hob.

All bathrooms, en-suites and downstairs WC’s will have white sanitary ware.  You will have a choice of colours for the taps and fittings.  The choices are Brushed Steel, Brushed Brass, Chrome and Slate

We paint all walls, ceilings and woodwork in white, that way you have an amazing blank canvas to create your own design oasis.

We offer a great selection of wall tiles for the bathrooms that our sales team are happy to run through with you.

You will have a choice of flooring for the hallway / kitchen and downstairs WC. The lounge and stairs / landing and bedrooms will all be carpeted in your choice of colour from our range.

All external doors have outside lighting fitted, there are no external power sockets.

Unfortunately, we do not offer underfloor heating in any of our homes.

We offer oak doors throughout our homes with chrome handles.

This is something we don’t offer as standard, however, we do offer this as an option to upgrade

There is a covenant in place for the first 5 years which prohibits you from building any form of extensions including conservatories, after that period you may request permission from Brierley homes to make any alterations. Any works you wish to have carried out would be subject to the approval of planning permission, of which this would be your responsibility to obtain.
